This house, situated just on the canal. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, adjacent to Jardim Oceanico, which is a great area full of bars, restaurants, shops. The beach is within 5 minutes walk of Jardim Oceanico, which is one of the best beaches in Rio de Janeiro. Two great shopping malls are located just within a 10 minute drive of the apartment, Barra Shopping and the newest and greatest, Village Mall, which is a great one stop for all luxury goods.
A bus stop is located right in front of the condominium and a taxi station is located just a two minutes walk from the condominium. Taxis usually pass by the front of the condominium if the guest does not wish to walk to the taxi station. The closest Metro station in Barra da Tijuca is still under construction and will be located at Jardim Oceanico, which is 2.3 km away.
SHOPPING & BANKING:
All shops and banks are located just across the canal in Jardim Oceanico.
Linha Vermelha is the highway that will take you to Tom Jobim International Airport. The city is still currently undergoing construction to open up faster and more efficient transportation and highways to connect to the Olympic Stadium.
This property is located in a very quiet and elegant neighbourhood. Because of the proximity to the Olympic Stadium, as opposed to staying in neighborhoods located in zona sul, staying in this property will most likely cut the traffic time in half.
